These wholesome pancakes are packed with nutrients and flavour, making them a perfect start to your day. They also make great snacks for any time of day. Light, fluffy, and naturally sweetened with bananas, they’re a hit with kids and adults alike!

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup organic oats
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp Odi Smoothie Booster
- A squeeze of lemon
- A pinch of salt
Method

Blend the Ingredients:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until the mixture is completely smooth. -
Heat the Pan:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter or olive oil. -
Cook the Pancakes:
Spoon dollops of the pancake mixture into the pan. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. -
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve warm with your favourite toppings our Odi boosted chia jam, a dollop of yogurt, or a drizzle of honey, or all of the above!
