Shipping Policy

Where do we deliver? We currently ship throughout New Zealand. We're excited to be expanding into Australia soon! In the meantime, you can find a selection of Odi products available through our Australian partner, Part and Parcel.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

New Zealand:

• If you order before 1pm and live in the North Island, you should receive your parcel the next day

• If you live in the South Island, delivery typically takes 2-3 days

• If you live in rural areas, delivery typically takes an extra day.

Please note: No shipping time is guaranteed due to the possibility of freight delays beyond our control.

When will my order be dispatched? Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to NZ rural addresses? Yes we do.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! For New Zealand orders over $85, shipping is on us!

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please ensure you add your email address when ordering so you do receive these. Keep an eye out for this email to monitor your delivery progress.

Can I pick up my order? Sorry, we don't offer pickups from our Odi HQ, however, check out our list of stockists for local retailers near you.

• New Zealand - FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $85+

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address at checkout. Simply enter your address and the exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
