How long will it take for my order to arrive?
New Zealand
- If you order before 1pm and live in the North Island, you should receive your parcel the next day.
- If you live in the South Island it could take 2 days.
- If you order on a Friday, you’ll probably receive your order the following Monday.
Australia
- Please allow 3 -13 working days.
Please note: No shipping time is guaranteed due to the possibility of freight delays beyond our control.
Where do you deliver?
We ship our healthy baby food NZ & Worldwide.
Do you deliver to NZ rural addresses?
Yes — just make sure you select ‘Rural Delivery’ at the checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
For orders to New Zealand spend over $100, to Australia spend over $150 and shipping is on us!
How do I track my order?
You’ll be sent a tracking number via email, so keep an eye out for this once you’ve made a purchase.
Can I pick my order up?
No sorry, we don’t offer pickups from our Odi HQ — however click here for our lists of Stockists.

South Island
