Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Odi, we know how important it is to have nourishing food you can trust for your little one. We always want to work with families to find the best possible solution if something hasn’t gone to plan with your order.

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept physical returns once products have left our warehouse. However, our team is always here to help and support you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at hello@odinutrition.com.

We’re able to cancel orders before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or recall it.

If your order has already been packed but not yet collected by the courier, we’ll always do our best to help where possible.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the product quality, please reach out to our team so we can support you as quickly as we can.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A replacement order

  • Store credit

  • Another suitable resolution

To help us investigate, we may ask for:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the parcel or product

  • Batch code and best before date where relevant

Courier Issues & Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, our team will work directly with the courier company to investigate and resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement order while the courier investigation is underway.

Change of Mind Purchases

Due to food safety requirements, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once products have left our warehouse.

That said, we genuinely want you and your little one to feel supported with your Odi products. If you’re unsure how to use a product or would like support finding the best fit for your family, please reach out to our team. We’d love to help with serving suggestions, age-appropriate ideas, or alternative product recommendations.

What if your child wasn’t a huge fan so far?

Every little one is different, and taste preferences can take time to develop.

If a product wasn’t a hit for your little one, please get in touch with our team. We’d love to support you with ideas for introducing flavours, different ways to serve the product, or alternative options that may better suit your family’s needs.

Retail & Supermarket Purchases

If you purchased your Odi product from a supermarket or retail partner, we recommend contacting the store of purchase directly regarding their returns process.

Of course, if there is any product concern, our team would love to hear from you so we can support further.

Consumer Rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act.
