Ingredients
- 2 cups of berries or very ripe stone fruit (e.g., peaches, nectarines, apricots, or plums)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp Odi Smoothie Booster
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- A squeeze of lemon

Prepare the Fruit:
Measure 2 cups of fruit and place them into a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until the fruit is softened and has released plenty of liquid. -
Sweeten and Mash:
Turn off the heat. Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice to the cooked fruit and mix well. Use a fork to mash the fruit, ensuring no large lumps remain. The texture should be slightly chunky but not overly lumpy. -
