A rich source of highly absorbable heme iron, delivered with its natural cofactors for optimal use in the body. I fed my first baby with these products and then hunted them down as my second is starting solids. They are quick and easy to mix up on their own with hot water or good to mix in with other things like yogurts, veges etc. It's nice to know baby is getting some decent iron especially if in a rush or looking at an uninspiring cupboard where they might not otherwise get iron rich foods. Definitely recommend to others. We got the starter pack this time around to take the pouches on holiday with us and the powder ones for at home. Tubs are my fave though.

Our little miss had a lot of digestive issues so her solids journey didn’t really start until around 10months. I wanted to be sure that she was getting the nutrients she needed alongside breastfeeding. She enjoyed the baby cereal and even now at 16months I mix it in with other breakfast options to make sure there is still a good boost of nutrients.
