I’m on baby number two and the first time I chose not to use any pouch meals but it did mean alot of prep, this time round finding these freeze dried options has been a game changer being able to have them on hand when those days don’t go to plan with a toddler and baby. Baby loves them and so nutritious. I do find I need to mix them with a little more water than recommended which probably alters the nutritional value a bit and with any extra I do freeze it in ice cubes as we aren’t eating a whole one yet.

I use this to make mac & cheese for my 2 year old and he loves it. I just add a little extra water & mix it with pulse pasta & add a sprinkle of cheese on top. It is such a hit & so easy to make. Best yet he is having veggies & bone broth without me having to make it all from scratch. You are a genius Norish!
