Shipping Policy 

At Odi, we know how much love goes into every mealtime, and we want your organic goodness to reach your family as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

Where do we deliver? We currently ship right across New Zealand and Australia.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A quick note: delivery times are estimates, and can occasionally shift due to freight delays outside of our control. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

New Zealand:

  • If you order before 1pm and live in the North Island, delivery typically takes 1-2 working days

  • If you live in the South Island, delivery typically takes 2-3 days

  • If you live in rural areas, delivery typically takes an extra day

Australia:

Our Australian orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.

Standard Parcel Post:

  • Within Victoria: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Post:

  • Within Victoria: 1–2 business days

  • Interstate: 1–3 business days

If you live in a rural or remote area, please allow a little extra time for delivery.

When will my order be dispatched? Our team gets your order packed up and on its way within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. As soon as it's dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow along on its journey to you.

Do you deliver to rural addresses? Yes, we deliver to rural addresses across both New Zealand and Australia. If that's you, please allow an extra 1-2 days for your order to arrive.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Shipping is on us for all orders over $85, because we believe good nutrition should be easy to reach. Keep an eye on your inbox and our socials too, as we love running limited-time shipping specials for our community.

How do I track my order? Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can watch it head towards you. Please double check your email address at checkout so this note doesn't miss you.

Can I pick up my order? We don't offer pickups from Odi HQ, but we're proud to work with some wonderful stockists around the country. Take a look at our stockist list to find Odi near you.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $85.

  • For everything else, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, so you'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
